UPASS Launched a new generation of 20μ enhanced multi-layer co-extrusion forage film using nearly ten different raw materials in 2018, with the help of leading edge material technology and advanced production technology, for different functional layer using different resin combination to achieve specific properties to give excellent comprehensive performance of the film, which reduce the thickness at the same time, but without reduce the usability of the film.

1. 20μEnhance 5 layers of co-extruded forage film

First layer: UV resistance performance. The second layer: Perpetual resistance performance. The third layer: Tear resistance. The Fourth layer: Provide high elasticity. The fifth layer: Provide high viscosity.

2.25μ Common 3 layers of co-extrusion forage film

First layer: UV resistance performance. The second layer: Comprehensive mechanical properties. The third layer: Provide a high viscosity.
